Predict the bombs of 2016

Independence day 2
/tv/ is literally always wrong so any predictions ITT will be huge successes
>>64244536
shitpost as much as you want, senpai
but Deadpool's humor is on the level of Family guy (in other words - toilet humor) so the movie will be a big hit.
This is what happens when you give internet to the normies.

I still can't get over how bad the suit looks, everything else in the trailer was fine I thought but that looks wrong.
Deadpool is a film genetically engineerd to appeal to imdbspawn /v/edditors with no sense of sophisication who laud meme dialog, which supports upvote groupthink mentality, and meme acting with a good movie pandering reddit tier meta capeshit "entertainment" sensibilities and a meme tv movie aesthetic. This is a flick at best and will rightfully ruin ryan reynolds career.
>>64244901
Looks fine to me besides the eyes.
>>64244901
Really? How could they possibly make it better in live action? It's one of the most comic accurate movie suits I've seen.
As much as I think they'll suck I still think Deadpool, Suicide Squad, and BM v SM will find their audience (maybe under perform but not outright flop). This Tarzan movie though? John Carter all over again. Budget is rumored to be around $180m.
>>64244987
Holy shit, please be pasta. I really hope no one is this into "/tv/ culture".
>>64245089
>>64245160
Apparently production is troubled. I don't doubt it might flop.
>>64245089
dat bulge
>>64244536
Biggest shit films of 2016
Alice Through The Looking Glass
Angry Birds
Assassin's Creed
Bad Santa 2
Batman vs Superman
Bridget Jones's Baby
Bourne 5
Deadpool
Ghostbusters
Suicide Squad
WarCraft
Basically anything that's based on a pre-existing property, although Fantastic Beasts might be good.
>>64245205
FUCK OFF BACK TO REDDIT DIRTY LIBERAL KEKOLD BITCH
>>64245569
>Fantastic Beasts might be good.
Hi /v/eddit.
>>64245569
Batman vs superman
Suicide squad
Deadpool
There's way too much marketing for these movies to fail. They might underperform but they won't bomb.
Ghostbusters is gonna be the failure of the year though
>>64244536
Takes the fun out of the movie knowing he is basically invinciple , I mean know the super hero in these types of movies always wins and lives , but wouldn't it be cool if they released a capeshit where the Villain wins and kills the superhero and sets him up for future installments . Atleast then you don't actually know the outcome of capeshit movies.
>>64245306
In the can since 2014. Two years of trying to fix it in post.
>>64245715
I don't think these movies will fail. I just think they'll be shit.
>>64245716
He gets beat all the time in his own book.
He can't be killed, but he can be knocked out very easily.
>>64245569
Why the fuck are they making a sequel to bad santa
>>64244536
It will earn min 500mil, probably a lot more.
>>64246447
Money.
>>64246447
They can't even call it "Badder Santa" because they already used that for the uncut version.
What Deadpool has going against it is its R-rating. It might even be better than Civil War, but its rating will be its number 1 hindrance.
>>64245205
It's pasta lmao
>>64245569
>Bad Santa 2
I want it even though I know it'll be bad
>>64246993
Well, I mean, it has "bad" in the title.
>>64246993
Bernie mac gonna be gud in dis
>>64244536
Who designed that mask? You can still tell it's Ryan Reynolds through it, why would they actively choose to cheapen their product?
>>64247149
no you di'nt
>>64247083
Bad means good in the hood, homie
>>64244536
What are some things that would make this movie better/funnier?
>>64244536
this will do well b8ing shit poster
The Finest Honors will probably flop. It's just In the Heart of the Sea with a different Chris.
>>64246964
I'm pretty sure Fox knew that when they green-lit the production, that's why it only had a $20,000,000 budget.
>>64245569
I think assassins creed has potential, since it'll basically be just a historical action movie, and Kurzel has shown himself to be pretty competent, those action sequences in macbeth were fucking gorgeous, and he and Fassy obviously work well together.
>>64245160
Adding Samuel L. Jackson to the poster detracts from Skarsgard, but overall I think that'll be a good choice to bring in more viewers.
>>64247664
For a movie to bomb don't they need to have spent money on it in the first place?
>>64245569
>Fantastic Beats might be good
Not only confirming you're a pleb, but you don't know what flop means
>>64247628
Maybe they'll release it early on netflix, hoping all teenagers will watch it there.and chill
>>64247774
