By the end of that movie, Han is a General in the most powerful armed force in the galaxy now that the Empire is gone. The Rebel Alliance is the new galactic authority, if only by default, and as if they're going to bitch out one of their war heroes for killing Jabba, especially when they know Leia did it any way.
By the criminals who were Jabba's friends? I'm sure they had a mad hateboner for Han any way, but it's not like they can really do anything more than put a bounty on his head and hope someone gets lucky. And considering that for the foreseeable future he's going to be hanging around with Luke, Leia, Lando, the rest of the Rebel brass, and with Chewie as his devoted bodyguard they're gonna need to get _real_ lucky.
The Empire already hates him, but it's not like they really give a shit about the whole Jabba thing. At best it's an "arson, murder, and jaywalking" thing considering he was one of the dudes who fucked up both of their Death Stars and helped tear the Empire down.

Any crime lords who would be able to issue a bounty on Han Solo would be far more likely to be HAPPY that Jabba was gone. It provides a hole in the organization that they would be all too willing to fill.

The push right now is to create new stuff and utilize their new characters.
They also wrote stories to fill in the gap between Jedi and Force. Fett wasn't present. Now that Force is out, the stories are being told just before ANH, between ANH and Empire, and (now that the film is out) the New Order era.
I mean, it's Star Wars, anything could happen, but it really looks like Fett is staying dead. I mean, they've also done a ton to ignore that Maul got brought back to life (which is still canon and currently unresolved).
