Dantooine, isolated, comfortable and pleasant. Rebels have generally decent taste in planets. Even Hoth could be cosy enough if you're in Echo base.

That's all because the rebels are afraid of the Empire killing innocents when they come attacking bases. They pick uninhabited planets for this reason. Post-ESB I don't think they planets would be that cozy, since the rebel bases are hit by the Empire and there are no other cities on the planets.
