The movie is a masterpiece in the sense that it completely pushes the boundaries of reality as we know it.
The fact that the majority of people can watch it without noticing ANY discontinuity or plot hole shows how suggestible people are, and how we are usually incapable of seeing any "bigger picture" .
The more you watch it, the more you realize it makes no coherent sense whatsoever.
With each successive viewing, another plot hole presents itself; after 10 viewings you will begin to question you basic perception of the world around you.
"What else have I missed" I often find myself asking.
