I think the second movie should be big blue space cat Rambo.
Picks up a few months after the end of the first one, the tribe is still on the run and Earth has sent reinforcements. The tribe has to get to some fuck all huge council meeting and the crippled guy or the guy that was the crippled guy stays behind With maybe a couple others and set up all these guerrilla warfare style traps intended to stall and lead the military force following them off course. In the process "Zoey" dies and it becomes a revenge mission. Crippled Avatar goes on an out and out killing spree, throwing caution to the wind. He abandons all the Alien peace one with nature shit and begins a scorched earth campaign against Earth culminating with the detonation of something like a hydrogen bomb at their main base. The blast destroys the command center and all Earth forces in the field are unable to coordinate their strikes or get orders. The blast however also destroys a large portion of forest. He get's hurt, near fatally, then drags himself off deep into the woods to die. Some scouts from one of the alien tribes find him he is brought back healed and then stands before the council and confesses to the actions he has taken. This outrages the aliens and they go into some big speech about how he is one of them in appearance only and what he has done to planet is unforgivable. The movie ends with him being cast out from Alien blue cat indian society.
The next movie would be Aliens realizing they can't win without him and looking for him to lead their troops as only he can.
How about a "bad guys win" one where all of the fucking blue people get the gas.

Avatar 2, only related to the first movie by its name, tells the story about the beginning of a war of the humans struggling against the threat of the ubermensch clones, genetic engineered men created specifically as workers to mine triunobtanium from in the inhospitable planet Terminus-2.
To fight the ubermensch clones, the earth government created the new Avatar program, in this program the volunteers had to give up their body forever and transfer their conciseness to a cyberbiologic body that looks exactly like Arnold Schwarzenegger, the cyberbiologic men have to defend earth from an attack of the ubermensch clones that want to destroy earth, as the cyberbios are able to repel the attack they must travel to Terminus-2 and put an end to the ubermensch clones uprising before it's too late.
