When Batman: Arkham Knight came out, almost every major reviewer gave it a solid score, said it was great, so people bought it, only to find out it was a buggy, broken, unplayable piece of shit, and so many people asked for a refund they just stopped selling the game
When you look at the User Reviews however, they were all extremely low
This proves a couple things, 1.) Always look at the user/audience reviews first, 2.) Top Critics/Reviewers are paid shills and if a movie/game is popular enough they'll say it's a masterpiece no matter what

Depends if the critic knows how to actually criticize a body of work, which requires some schooling, familiarity with the history and historiography of their genre, and a nuanced approach.

Only on PC, it worked fine on ps4. Which was always was the go to platform for it, the devs even said themselves BEFORE release ps4 was the 'best experience' for arkham knight.
