What is the official /tv/ opinion?
>>64134953
Complete shit after season 1
>>64134971
Why?
The vicepresident killing that random chick was the biggest jump the shark moment in a while on TV
>>64135264
Random chick? The one who knew all his secrets and was investigating with two other reporters to reveal his blatant blackmail and murder? That one?
>>64134953
Turns to shit
>>64134953
Complete shit. To me this show ended at Season 2.
Get 'em on board, I'll call it in!
Didn't even bother finishing season 3
i really enjoyed s1 and s2, s3 was pretty bad though.. whole season felt like filler
>>64134953
S3 is the biggest shit in the history of TV.
Is anyone planning on watching Season 4? I want to but that bitch Claire will be insufferable.
>>64135680

couldnt agree more

>on TV
>>64134953
I am finished with the series. Season 3, I probably watched the first 2 episodes and decided to quit it altogether.
Only babbies who hate adult drama hate s3. Getting Putin to rival Frank was compelling dramatically and it didn't have to rely on muh shock deaths to keep soap opera plebs entertained. Well except that one at the end, but it was well done.

This
>>64135003
the antagonists keep getting more and more retarded. in season 3 it gets too hard to believe such fucking retards could run a country and it makes it hard to enjoy the show.
The entire show is propelled forward at a breakneck pace as a result of fucking stupid decisions the characters make.and I love it, S4 when?

Well shit. Here's hoping S4 will be better. Haven't watched 2 and 3 yet.
>>64137909
Don't listen to these people.
I liked Season 2 is better than Season 1, and Season 3 was probably the weakest, but it was still fucking good and goddammit was it not the most beautiful.
>>64134953
The official /tv/ opinion is you are a faggot now and always have been.
>>64136037
Doug going full anti-cuck was the only good part of s3
Its shit with a nice presentation. I mean, him killing off one guy after an entire season's worth of planning was acceptable.
Him pushing some journalist in front of a train was pants on head retarded.
You also realize that he is the only person who seems to be scheming, other than maybe Raymond Tusk in Season 2. The show would better if every person besides him wasn't a complete retard oblivious to his schemes, and unable to launch their own.
Also, so much shit doesn't make sense. Getting the Vice President to resign would be near impossible. Getting the Whitehouse Chief of staff to resign over a simple stupid argument? And then there is the fact that he took 2 seasons of genius scheming to get to the presidency, when Walker is basically a mouth-drooling retard and somehow got the presidency.
Claire leaving him Season 3 was so fucking stupid. The first 2 seasons they show how she is just as ruthless and ambitious as him. She does tons of horrible shit, and watches with a smile as he does tons of horrible shit. Then suddenly she is ready to divorce the fucking President over a gay guy she didn't know killing himself? I just couldn't buy the whole plot, based off what we saw in the first 2 seasons.
>>64134953
Season 3 was SO bad, I mean, even I could notice the absolute drop in quality. They completely destroyed the cool character of Claire by turning her into an irrational whiny bitch for absolutely no reason
>>64136037
Putin was shit though. It was easier to suspend disbelief when it was a fictional universe with fictional problems. Shoehorning in stuff that is actually in the news just makes you realize how ridiculous the show really is. I'm sure this season we can see Frank deal with the (Not)-Syrian refugee crisis, and run against (Not) Donald Trump.
>>64138253
They did a complete 180 on Claire's character. Its almost like it was a new writer who hadn't watched the first 2 seasons. She was a completely different person.
>>64138204
>just as ruthless and ambitious as him.
God it's like you people have watched a completely different show. Claire was never quite as psychopathic as Frank, and that was made pretty clear from the first season. I didn't think any of what she did in Season 3 was so out of character.
>>64138306
Do you remember her cutting off that girls insurance while she was pregnant, and telling her she would let her baby wither and die inside of her if she didn't get her way?
Do you remember her burying Adam Galloway?
Do you remember her demanding Frank find a way to throw Walker under the bus, and being a manipulative cunt to the first lady?
Maybe she isn't quite as ruthless as Frank, but nowhere in the first 2 seasons does it suggest she would let one body get in the way of her goal. Not to mention that she has always been the calmer of the two, and frequently had to scold Frank when she thought he was making rash decisions out of emotion.
I really love the Jackie and Remy romance subplot. I wish they'd spend more time on it. As it is, it only gets like 15 minutes per episode.
worth it for Spacey, hopefully it picks up again next season
First season was mediocre schlock.
>Season 3
>Democrat
>Plan is to cut 100% of entitlement spending
This sure is believable.

Anti-cuck? he spends 40 minutes deciding if he should kill a bitch. That is pure cuck. He is the reason why I don't watch the beta cuck contrast character subplots any more (I fast forward them), they just offer so little value for how much screen time they get and if it is important the main guy's will find out soon anyway.
