I'm conflicted in what I want to say. The cynical side of me says that it's not even worth the price of a standard viewing ticket. Because I really didn't like it.
But everyone is seeing this movie, and Star Wars is somewhat required viewing as a human being. So if you want to stay current, you'll get the most enjoyment out of the IMAX 3D experience.
If you're really that strapped for $20 put it towards food, otherwise go see it in IMAX.

Not worth the IMAX 3D only because they didn't film it in 3D, it's converted. Just go see it in a regular theater. It's really good, so you can see it twice for almost the same price as one IMAX ticket

I actually thought the 3d was alright even though it was apparently post converted. Nothing mind blowing like Gravity but it gave some shots a good sense of depth and there was barely if at all stupid "flying out of the screen" bullshit.
