Oh they still use Touchstone. However these days its used as a means to assist and be apart of production. Not so much trying to release their own movies created in house.
Plus Disney at one time did try to sponsor more adult films but that was in another time and place. I believe the company was called Miramax. Their star was Quentin Tarantino especially after Pulp Fiction.
