I've got a book from my parents and that's all. I actually already have this book, in fact, it was them who gave it to me for my birthday two years ago, they just didn't remember it and I did not bring that up, of course, I just intend to trade with something else at the bookstore, I'm not sure what yet. My family broke up with their family, so it's just me, my mother and father and my brother who has down syndrome (seriously). I've got my brother soccer shoes, a cooking book for my mother and was looking for a book my dad wanted but I couldn't find it, so I said I'll buy him in January. We are not religious or anything, so Christmas is just that and some plastic tree they take out of the closet. I live far away and visit them two or three times a year, I love them, but we can't really understand each other very well. I don't really know what to do with this pain.
