Sort of off-topic, but she asked Han who Rey was and then there was a cut, followed shortly thereafter by Rey's flashback/hallucination and the "Luke and his father both had this saber, now you have it" line, right? Are they just going to make her Luke's daughter with amnesia or is there some other logical explanation? What do you guys think?

Lightsaber fell and caught onto some cables hooking into the bottom of Bespin. Routine cleaner working on Bespin discovers it and hocks it, thinking it's junk. Lightsaber travels on a junker ship to some planet to be melted down.
Maz buys it when it stops on her planet for gas or something and keeps it in a chest because it's a great deus ex machina.
The End
Luke went back to Bespin to retrieve his lightsaber. He then abandoned it after Ben killed the other padawans.
She stole it from the empire after they recovered it + Luke's hand. I bet wild kard had it.
