Cinemax is a premium station but one people usually choose to live without when they see how big their bill is getting.

From the first episode of the series, I knew where it was going. I couldn't stop it. A modern Greek tragedy, entirely under appreciated in it's time.
Dr. Thackery was way too good, is going to be hard to replace him for the third season.

I'd like to see them explore mental healthcare in future seasons. I really enjoyed everything with Gallinger's wife and the ending with Algie pointed to how uncharted the field was at the time.

It can survive Owen. His arc came to a close and Thack spirit will live on through Bertie. Gallinger and Edwards also have interesting set ups. And going beyond that I'd like to see Henry getting his comeuppance.
Losing Soderbergh is what really worries me. It just won't be as good if they can't find a experienced director to fill his shoes, might as well just end it on a high note.
I got a feeling they'll pull a True Detective with the show and get a new director and actors for the third and fourth season. Maybe even a new setting or worse, a newcomposer.
I dont get it. Why is everyone so certain Thack died? Because the show runners confirmed it? The writers did the same thing when Jon Snow died.
It seems like they totally ended it with the possibility Thack could live, with Bertie running to get the adrenaline shot and no body? Sure, there's that scene with Edwards, but they don't confirm he dies either. It seems like he could be alive, but still recuperating somewhere else. I'd like to think he's still alive, but won't work at the Knick anymore. He could possibly help Bertie throughout the show.
