That allows Luke to re-use Han Solo's best line, but not in a way that's dashing and cute, but rather foreboding and anticipatory of something horrible. Which is in the footage as shot, or is supposed to be, when Hamill tries to remember his basic acting class from 1972 about making facial expressions, after Rey holds the lightsaber out. It's a galactic call to arms she is offering, and he is supposed to be seen anticipating the violence and death which will ensue.
