There is not much to explain, all the other Marvel movies either had weak villains, weak third acts or both.

I kept thinking this was going to be the lamest of all the Marvel movies and put off watching it. Finally got around to it and man... it's probably the best one they've made. It's at least got really fun visuals. It's like the best of Toy Story, Bug's Life, and Avengers put into one.

The endings of all those were fairly weak.

Dr. Lightman was great until he was turned into that hulking thing, then the movie has such a generic and dumb ending.

Iron Man villian was fucking weak. Even the other 2 Iron Men movies had better antagonists.

Red Skull was the worst Marvel villian so far. And the second had a really dull ending with a bunch of Helicarrier just so they had even more than the last movie.
