There are three different schools of thought when it comes to this:
1) around 45 days (the amount of days shown in the film)
2) 8-10 years (the time it takes to learn the basics of piano, ice sculpting, etc)
3) 40,000 years (the time it takes to learn piano, THEN ice sculpting, THEN every moment in the town
