What does /tv/ think of the Man in the High Castle? Is it worth spending some money on?
Watched the first chapter, it was decent but that's it. I didn't like the girl character because muh stronk womyn that does karate and can kick your ass was coming soon.

I enjoyed it but I'm a PKD fan boy so
Several jews were literally gassed, Obergruppenfuhrer Smith was a shining picture of the ideal man, Joe never quite was won over by the bleeding heart jew-lovers, and that crazy old jap could have basically been muttering "dishonor famiry" for the entire series. Overall I give it a 7/10, pretty good. The "good guys" were absolutely terrible though, I wish they got gassed too.
It's depressing. Just makes me wish I lived in a world where the Axis won.

Just read the book. PKD is my favorite author but the show is just boring. So many unnecessary additions to the plot. It should've been a miniseries.
