Everyone in Always Sunny often backstabs each other for nothing and treats them like assholes, sure they do stuff together but their not exactly the tightest group of friends. Friends(lol) is probably a better show for "people with no lives", as you say. That is stupid because you can't really prove it, and plenty of people watch shows like that with friends and do stuff outside of watching shows as well.
