Delicatessen was made by the same guy and it had a similar style. Also just a great movie in general. City of Lost Children is great too. I wish this guy's movies were talked about more here

I haven't seen it in years, but i remember thinking that it's a lot like Amelie when i saw it.
500 days of summer is probably the closest you'll get. Pushing Daisies too, it's a tv show with a completely different premise, but a lot of style and tone(narration is pretty much identical, even has "exact time" schtick") are inspired by Amelie. Great show too
