My first 3D movie experience was The Hobbit - The Battle of the 5 armies. In many places it looked like a videogame instead of a movie. I mean you get used to it but the first 20min it just looks like a videogame.

I walked out of Tron 2 because the 3D quality sucked so bad. That was the last 3D movie I watched. I swore never again but I'm making an exception for this movie.
I used to work in a historical park and we had these old stereoscopic viewers with postcard pictures. Literally the technology in 3d viewing has not progressed from that device made in the early 1900s. You get the equivalent of cutouts pasted in front of a 2D background more or less.

I live in Switzerland. My town shows it in 3D and German, a closer town shows it in 3D and 2D but Italian. Another closer bigger town shows it in 3D and English, or 2D and German. I have to go to Zurich to see it in 2D and English.
