I just cried watching Finding Nemo for the first time in like 7 years.
I cried during this. It's a bit sloppy at times, and some of the writing is try hard, but it's still very good, and gets much better with multiple viewings. It handles the sadness that comes with facing mortality very well. We're all going to die.

Can somebody explain to me why this movie gets so much shit? I know it's long as fuck, but i re-watched it a couple of times and i never felt bored. It reminded me a lot about Forrest Gump, which is a love/hate-type of movie too, which i never understood either - they're both essentially fairytales
