While we're on topic of Kubrick. I just finished watching Dr. Strangelove, and after looking up the Wikipedia page for it I noticed that it's supposed to be black comedy.
What is funny about it? There wasn't much that I laughed at except the monologue of Strangelove at the very end of the movie with his arm doing the Nazi salute as he tries to bring it down. Other than that, it was like a normal movie to me. Satire, yes, but not a comedy.
Am I just too young to understand some of the comedy because of the time period it's set in?
