It's certainly my favorite, and my favorite new broadcast show since Community. It's way better than it has any right to be - dark, twisted, crude and slyly subversive without ever feeling hectoring, largely because it always goes for the joke. And, most importantly, it's consistently funny.
I was very happy to hear Bloom got nominated for the Globes. She's great and hugely charismatic.

Yes. It has a good take on how women sometimes act crazy and how people react to it.
Her character is shown to be a mixed bag of crazy stalker and yet a decent friend to Paula, Heather and Greg(aside from friendzoning the fuck out of him). She was even nice to Valencia and helped her set up her business with some legal help.
The show presents her as unstable but hyper-competent as a lawyer and it is painting a really nice picture of life in West-Covina building the community up from her first interactions to her larger extended group of friends.
The humour is nice, the characters all have decent motivations, backgrounds and storylines that provide avenues for comedy and plots outside of their interactions with Rebecca and the songs aren't overbearing like in Glee(two songs per episode typically with three songs the most in any episode so far compared to six on average in Glee).
I think that some of the first four episodes were kind of stretching things out in places but the show was originally a thirty minute comedy on Showtime not an hour long comedy on the CW so they had to massively retool their original scripts.
My favourite part of each episode has been the stingers just before the end credits. The Butter one alone made the show worth watching.
Also she got a key to the city of West Covina.
