About half and half, some people liked it and other people hated it. I personally think it is somewhere in the middle. Some great sequences and the overall bigness of the story makes it interesting to me and makes me want to keep watching.
But some of the actors are shit and the dialogue was so bad at some points that I actually groaned. I guess that is because the Wachowski bro/translady never wrote something in a episodic format. But man, this dialogue is laughably bad.
But I can look past it, because it seems that Wachowski's can build a nice sort of complex story. Also, gotta love the cinematography, shooting in all those locations must've been amazing and time consuming but it is well worth it.
The characters were also hit and miss to me.
I do like Doona Bae as an actress and I am glad she is getting more exposure out here.

I thought it had a good concept but the SJW stuff derailed it often. Like the restaurant scene where they're talking about her parents and it's just "Males get more credit because muhsoggyknees." The whole thing was hit and just kept missing for the sake of narrative. I still the Icelandic chick was the most interesting and that cop was there just to wrap things up. The ending still doesn't make sense though. Whipers or whatever saw him and was already in his mind so are they going to have to keep him heavily medicated or what? The show would've benefited from being a few episodes shorter though.
