Why do you respect actors?
I lost a lot of respect for Jeremy Renner when he did Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters. Not because it was a shit movie but because he phoned it in.
I feel like respectable actors should put effort into their craft even when they're on a bad project.

Some of them are just there to cash in a check I suppose.

Funny but I gained a lot of respect for him with his guest spot on Louie and the Town
I don't think I can respect anyone from the old guard anymore.

This is how I feel about it.

What was his advice for overdosing on 2 tons of heroin?
>respecting people who deceive others for a living
No one should be suprised. Arnie was always prone to experimenting. He was always impulsive, never sticked to acting in a preferred genre.
He accepted roles in movies, who were dubious at the time, or had a poorly written script, in a flash. The type that no sane actor who valued his reputation would accept, only for those movies to become cult classics.
He kept switching from action, fantasy, scifi, cowboy, comedy, tragedy, drama and documentary in a flash.
He is, and always was, one of the rare actors that you could convince to star in any cockamamie idea you can pitch.
No one should be suprised.
