I don't think Batman Vs Superman will fail, I just think it's a retarded premise. Avengers did not revolve around Thor fighting captain America and other human characters. That happens for like 10 seconds and wasnt a major focus. He argued more with Stark, who is possibly the only "normal" human that can ever hope to fight him on even terms.
