You ready for the Academy Awards, /tv/?
>>63380337
Matt Damon for the Oscar.
he looks like a fucking dreamworks animation character
>>63380337
I am OP
The look on Leo's face will be priceless
>>63380596
Redmayne won't win, stop posting this meme
>>63380621
>Redmayne won't win
Oh this is going to be good, Leo.
>>63380664
Damon and DiCaprio are probably above him. Please stop.
>>63380337
We did it Reddit! Take that Neil Armstrong!
>>63380337
Yeah I'm gonna watch the SHIT out of it
>mfw I haven't seen any of the top nominees except for Mad Max
>>63380692
The truth can't be stopped.
>>63380692
Biggest year for trans people and you think Leo will win?
The Martian left me with nothing. The movie never even crossed my mind after seeing it. Bland! Nothing particularly good or bad.
>>63380755
Redmayne literally has no buzz right now
>>63380337
If Redmayne wins I will never watch the Oscars ever again
>inb4 no one cares
>inb4 see you next year kid
Just voicing an opinion
I really hope Redmayne doesn't win. I will be beyond pissed.
>>63380761
It was shit, I agree
But bland is exactly what movie-goers want
>>63380806
>>63380832
This is gonna be gud
Holy fuck so much transphobia ITT
This is why we need a win for Redmayne
>>63380883
I am only hopeful cause there is literally zero talk about him so I figure the film was shit and he was ok. I have been hearing more about Leo though so hoping no trans wins and knowing the Academy and them being old fucks he won't win and Leo will take the award and Danish Girl will win best picture cause muh trans
>>63380914
He'll win. Leo isn't a very good actor. Hardy will probably take best supporting actor.
>>63380914
>IT'S 2015
>>63381034
Not enough progress for transgender people yet
You guys know that this is the Academy right? Its filled with old fucks. They wouldn't ever let trans win. Leo reminds them of their childhood so he'll take it
Yo, why the fuck is there not a single screener out yet
This one must be really shit if no one is bothering to get it up, i mean it's been out for almost half a year now
>>63381086
>the Academy
>Wouldn't ever let trans win
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCtch3DzLRs
wew lad
>>63381139
It's been out for 2 months. Calm your tits.
It's much better than Interstellar by the way.
>>63381139
There out but there taking forever to get uploaded. Probably trying to get rid of any evidence of there ID numbers and such
>>63381153
>supporting actor
>meaning anything
>>63381153
Dallas Buyers Club was a great comedy I have to admit.
>>63381181
Leo isn't going to win. He's just not very good of an actor.
>>63381139
There's a watchable 720p TC with HC subs.
TC = Scan of film reels/HDCam from projector monitor/booth etc. - More or less a very high quality TS
HC subs = hard coded/forced subs
>>63380574
Lol this.
Good movie though
>>63381174
>Better than Interstellar
Highly debateable. It was extremely safe, like the book. Made a valiant effort to stay true to the book and to science (until Ridley Scott had to go Avengers on us). Matt Damon. It was however, strangely boring. Maybe it was because I read the book, but by the third act I was nodding off.
I literally would not watch this movie again, except maybe to show someone else who has never seen it. I've seen Interstellar multiple times, and despite all the bullshit it is a powerful and imaginative film. This generation's 2001: A Space Odyssey.
>>63380777
My wife is a member of the Screen Actors Guild's nominating committee - they are pushing Redmayne hard with advertisements and mailers, but after watching the film my wife said "I'm not voting for this obvious oscar bait."
>>63380914
You should see the imdb rating on danish girl.
Wonder how much shit the Oscars will get when it wins picture of the year...
>>63381325
It's ratings like faggots like you who give a shit about what 0.5 of the population does.
>>63380337
>we can do the thing in 2 weeks
>we have to do it in 1 week!
Same problem with Zero Dark Thirty and Bridge of Spies. It was dull and repetitive and the humor was incredibly forced. Donald Glover's character was the biggest offender.
>>63381322
Oh damn. Does it pander hard?
>>63381139
This time last year we had 3 great screeners out.
>>63381308
I had the exact opposite experience with both the movies. Interstellar was too bleak and monotonous, with the tension rising occasionally and only for short bursts. The Martian had a good tempo throughout the movie and had much more "charisma" than Interstellar.
Also for The Martian I went in completely blind, no book no trailer nothing. That might've had an effect as well. Also no Hans Zimmer asleep on the church organ. That's a big plus.
>>63381426
they all got caught when they didn't remove the water marks
>>63381454
>le contrarian opinion because fuck liking something that everybody else likes, I'm unique and special and smart.
>>63381407
Yes, it does. As you would expect from the director of The King's Speech.
>>63381491
>le
Or maybe I'm a real human being with his own opinions.
>>63381350
Damn you are really angry, must be that latent homosexuality being triggered from these tranny posts.
>>63381537
I think you're autistic, but I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt that you interpreted my post for anger because the internet doesn't convey emotions like real life.
>>63381533
No, just a contrarian faggot.
>>63381426
Yeah, those only got out so early becauze they were found in the Sony leaks. The encoders/leakers got a head start on removing the watermarks because they got them so early. Rather than getting them later. They had less to do later, and therefore everything else that was leaked later came out faster. It was a perfect storm. Expect a few to start getting out later this month. Without early/unpredicted leaks, that's usually when they start getting out.
>>63381617
I disagree.
I wonder if Redmayne will win best actor and actress this year
>>63381670
Probably actress. He's..She's decided to transition after playing the role.
>>63381681
What a progressive brave stronk xomyn.
I congratulate xir.
I saw this yesterday - nobody is really talking about it yet, but it could get some traction with voters.
