My big change was to give up soda. After doing some research, there's a reason why restaurants give you free refills on soda: soda is filled with high fructose corn syrup (like most artificial drinks) and has been scientifically proven to subdue the feeling of fullness you'd otherwise feel. It's no surprise it causes people to overeat, and the taste of the sugar makes things that are healthy (because they have way less of it) taste bland or just awful.
If you can ease yourself off of soda, you'll find that things like water actually taste good again. Using fruit as your sugar supplement for the day is much healthier than if you drink sugar drinks all day and I guarantee you that you will lose weight simply from calorie intake alone. Picture the fact that you probably drink soda drinks regularly, probably substituting it completely for water, and then realize that each can of soda is 100-160 calories on itself if not more. Non-carbonated drinks like sweet tea can be even more loaded with sugar and calories and if you drink just 3-7 cans a day that's over half of your 2000 calorie daily limit blown on drinks alone.
The secret to weight loss is just eating less calories. That doesn't mean you'll be in shape, but your body has to expend a lot of energy to keep a 200+ pound mass of flesh as is. The less energy your body has to work with, the less it will be able to store. I'm still flabby as hell and I need to workout for actual muscle gains, but it's nice seeing physical improvements towards unJUSTing myself.
If you just change your eating habits and nothing else and stick to it, you -will- see a change within just a few months. Especially if you've made overeating/unhealthy eating a life long habit.

In in my country, Canada, the tap water system is highly regulated. The regulations on tap water is far stricter than the regulations for bottled water which makes tap water better for you than bottled.

I assumed it was 183cm, 1.83m. A meter is around a yard, which is a foot (12in) × 3. 1.83×36=65.88in. Divide that by 12 and you get 5.49ft. I didn't use a calculator before, and assumed a couple inches off for error. Not bad, considering I hardly know shit about the metric system.
