I've literally watched every episode almost 20 times already, aside from the later seasons that is.

It was everyone except for Mac and Dee's first time seeing their baby. Imagine your best friend of over a decade marrying a lady who has become another one of your best friends, then seeing their child for the first time. It would be beautiful, and they captured it on camera for a silly sitcom about awful people.
The close relation of the whole cast makes the show feel so comfy. You can tell everyone loves doing what they do. Even though Always Sunny is one of the darkest comedies out there I've never, ever felt sad or down while watching it because everyone loves each other so much. Even Danny Devito is clearly loving what he's doing.
