The Clones became impractical after the War. Despite being grown from the same guy, the Jedi Generals instilled too much independent thinking in them for Sheev's tastes and he only really saw them as a means to an end of killing Jedi, which he succeeded on because Order 66 was a mind control chip implant.
A lot of Clones left the service after the war as they didn't take being forced to kill their Jedi companions well. Those that stayed aged out of military service for the most part or transitioned into training Stormtroopers at Imperial Academies. And really, why keep paying happy Ayy Lmao Merchants for Jangos when it was much more cost-effective to recruit/draft from all those Imperial controlled worlds full of people that lost their independent thinking to the Imperial propaganda machine.
