It's also an acting philosophy on how man interacts with his surroundings and his mind, how he uses words and how he speaks. As scientists of their times, especially coming up in Christian academia, their entire scientific understanding and approach draws from Christianity.

Athiests are the scum of the earth. For every Richard Dawkins there are a thousand fedora tipping, uneducated butthurt millennials. The reason most of them are not religious is because 1.) they never had a traditional religion in the first place or 2.) they are uneducated. Furthermore, the european world was religious in all aspects until the reformation, but discrimination against those performing scientific inquiry is highly overestimated.
