Just the 75mm version which is only being shown in about 100 theatres, and that's because of an intermission halfway.
Digital version doesn't include intermission, and is probably closer to 2 hour 45 min in length.

He sucks at pacing and his dialogue isn't nearly as clever or interesting as he thinks it is. This isn't the early 90's nobody is impressed by characters that have conversations outside of dealing with the plot. But this movie will recieve widespread acclaim because nobody has the balls to tell Uno that he needs to cut the shit out. Basterds was boring precisely because of pacing and dialogue and anyone that says they enjoyed it really only enjoyed the violent parts.
