Something I liked about Force Unleashed is that it basically gave you a pretty wide variety of robes and looks as if to go along with that Force users don't just have that one look (even though you were a Sith).

This in my opinion was a big missed opportunity for the prequels. Owen should have been more of a character. He should have clashed with Obi-Wan and Anakin over going to join the Clone Wars on some damned fool idealistic crusade.
He should have been there from the beginning, and maybe have blamed Anakin for the death of their mother because he went off to fight a war while Owen was a simple farmer who couldn't do anything.
Instead he's just a brief exposition dump and there is no emotional attachment to him. Seems like a big waste since aside from Obi-Wan and Vader he's the only carryover from the OT in the prequels. He should have been a bridge.

Luke's outfits in Empire and Jedi both made sense for a Jedi to wear. He had a cloak, yes, but underneath he wore fairly tight fitting clothing that wouldn't restrict his movement.
