This TV show is flawless
Hands down the best comedy show i've watched AND believe me i've watched Sunny AND Parks and Rec AND eventos Seinfeld but none of these has The consistence of keep you interested. ALL the characters are captivating
Hoping here for a season 9
AND Larry David is funny AF desu imo SENPAI

Love Seinfeld and Sunny both dearly, and I'm watching Curb right now. Season 1 is good, but it doesn't feel GOAT or anything. Is this like Seinfeld and Sunny where it takes time to develop? In retrospect, both those shows had weak first seasons

The humor isn't my style at all. It feels like shit my dad's aunt would find funny. I could just see Larry's unfunny thought process through every little scene. Not to mention the punchline to 95% of the scenarios is "the person gets unreasonably upset with Larry". It gets way too predictable and boring.

Also Seinfeld has way better characters. Jerry and George are way better than Larry and Jeff.

The only really good ep in season 1 is The Doll, the rest is bit dull but you have to watch it to get a sense of Larry and the universe he inhabits. After that it gets so much better, it's kind of like King of the Hill, you have to watch more than a handful of episodes to get into it.
