what are your thoughts on this film?
It's great but not as great as Deep Red
real pretty. inferno felt like a shitty copy though, is argento just a one trick pony?
needed more boring parts. can't really give it more than a 6/10.

The opening to Inferno is pretty great. Argento as a whole is an acquired taste. His movies should be appreciated for the occasional moment of ingenuity rather than for the sum of their parts. Suspiria is simply his most consistent film.
I don't know, I've only seen it once but I was actually really disappointed.
Still a good film but not the masterpiece I'd always heard it to be
a beautiful nightmare
witches were lame
Good god, it's beautiful to look at
Argento blows his load in the first 15 20 minutes. Then its just colors and noise. Kinda sad, it seems like this is everyone's intro to Argento, when even tBwtCP is more fun to watch.
My favorite is Tenebre and Deep Red is better too.

I like Argento but haven't gotten around to seeing this one. I like Lucio Fulci more but nobody ever seems to want to talk about him.
Fucking overrated as shit. It's a good movie, but people are fucking on crack saying it's a top 10 horror film. It's good, has a great OST and cool colors, that's about it.
Really pretty and I personally love the colours, patterns and the hallucination feel. Also really good soundtrack.

fuck no dude, Inferno is just weak sauce. Try Phenomena, Deep Red or Tenebrae
Finally got around to watching Trauma a few days agoafter putting it off for many years. I can see why Argento hated working in America. That literally Hitchcock score feels very out of place in most scenes and the editing is akin to butchery. Apart from that, though, it's actually not bad. Teenage Asia Argento is godly.
