The build up in this season have been awesome. But I think the payoffs going to suck and they will have a weak ass finale like season 1. They have too many unresolved plot lines and cops honestly suck.

I've liked this season so far and thought the past two eps were great, but ep 7 was the worst of the season.

I've heard people blame the concussion but that seems like a cop out. He was still aware enough to take directions and return to the station. If he would've even mentioned a concussion I would've been all right, but resolving that whole issue with one line of him saying "I guess I should've checked!" seemed like they forgot to write it in or some shit.
The scene of Bear walking her into the woods was really cool and his decision to kill her showed a lot about him. I was more disinterested during the 8 minute period of her walking to Milligan's, talking to him, talking to the weaselly cop in the elevator, etc.
You might be right about Lou's wife. Maybe I'm just not interested in her. Especially at this point where they set up all of these intense scenarios I expected to get resolved.
And Milligan going rogue isn't plot development. It's not like we've seen him taking orders the whole season and now he's finally unchained. I still assume he has the same goals and will continue to act the same. Unless you think now he has no incentive to go after the Gerhardt's, which would be interesting.
