Anybody watch this yet? probably one of the most depressing films I've seen. It's like anti-entertainment, like Tim and Eric is anti comedy. But it's just so... hostile and barren.
Pretty weird/10
MOTY desu.
It was harrowing and bleak. In a good way. I liked it a lot.
how much of this movie reflected Gregg's real life? does he really have an estranged daughter?
I've no idea which kike/group of kikes is funding this Alverson guy, but I liked The Comedy and I'll check this out as well

No the estranged daughter is based on Neil's stand-up. I think Gregg just had a kid though.

so it's as if neil hamburger was a real person, but also played the character neil hamburger in his stand up routine
kinda like what they're doing with on cinema
idk about this lol, it's so close to the line between genius and completely fucking retarded
kind of enjoying it though

I didn't find it depressing or even sad, but it created all sorts of anxious discomfort in me and I can't stop thinking about it. It was absolutely riveting for a movie that has no "exciting" moments.
I loved The Comedy, and I've got this guy downloaded at home. I'm going to buy both on DVD the next time I fill out an Amazon order though, just to make sure I show I appreciate the work.
It's like a punch in the face of the audience. Weirdly relatable for a variety of reasons and really makes you think.
How long did it take finish the full product?? Just wondering...
