I've only seen one episode but thought it was pretty funny. Will try and go back to watch the rest.
It took a few episodes to find its groove. They really figured out what they were doing once they hit the bowling alley animation artist episode.
I liked the one with the cops putting drugs on the streets so they don't get taken over by the fire department, and the cop convention one.
Rad irritates me as a character though. The often don't know what to do with him. He seemed like a rival at first but he's quickly just become a retard.
Pizzazz seems afraid of falling in love with Dazzle.

It's more like everything was produced and aired in different orders, so the two episodes where Rad seems to be more of a rival is more like an early prototype before they just decided to go with dorky loser that everybody dislikes.
Or he's more like a convenient petty antagonist when he needs to be and his first two appearances just made him appear more intelligent than he was intended to be.
