Johnbot is hands down the worst Terminator in the franchise, not just because he's supposed to be, what, 3-4 generations of advanced technology over the T-800 but because he's lazy and lacks any kind of menace or intimidation, we never see him tracking down Sarah and Reese he just magically appears and disappears when it's appropriate
The worst example is the police station, so he disguises himself as a cop and instead of going after Sarah and Kyle, who is trying to kill, he stands around in a fucking interrogation booth waiting for Arnold to see him and they get into a fight, but guess what, we never see that, somehow the T-800 is able to elude him, find sarah and kyle load up on weapons, sarah even stops to talk to baby Kyle before finally getting to the escape chopper at which point Johnbot remembers OH YEAH GOTTA KILL THOSE GUYS.
