I believe that. Judy Greer is in it for a split second so we know at least one notable actor was cut and that leads to wonder what else was cut. Bird had been such a good storyteller up until Tomorrowland you have to wonder what would have made him think the film was okay but then you realize Disney probably didn't give him free reign because this was an extension of their theme park brand.
