Maybe it's changed, but I always heard the same thing. I never checked though. I haven't watched the show since it went off NBC. Except one, while it was ABC, to see some quirky girl looking up and to the side while playing a ukelele. I just knew it wasn't for me.
I liked scrubs, but they always went too far with the montages. Once or twice a season someone would die and then they'd show everyone in the hospital being sad to sad music. They hit a couple of times, but they did it so much it started to become cringeworthy. Towards the end, I'd just start calling it. "He/she's gonna die, everyone's going to be sad, and they'll play music over people looking sad."
