Every now and again a sitcom will have the stupid character say something intelligent and profound that gets a laugh because you don't expect Homer Simpson to be well informed and reasonable. Archer does this every episode with the main character reciting the first paragraph of the Wikipedia page of some obscure factoid. It's not even just that, it's every joke repeated every episode.
