Man I really wanted to like Apocalypse Now but it was too boring and empty. Almost no narrative or character development.
ITT literal ADHD

2001 space Odyssey
In the same vein:
>on a date
>decide to go see There Will be Blood because it seems like an interesting adaptation of the source material
>my date is ADD as fuck, spent the whole time twitching and fidgeting in the seat next to me
>made me feel really hyper-aware and self-conscious, completely distracted me from enjoying the film>that's when I decided films were not a great date idea when fucking 17 y/o boys
Cleopatra almost did it.

Had to go three times to see it all the way through in theaters. Fell asleep at different points each time, but in the end I was able to cobble together the nonsensical plot.

ultimate snoozefest
>>62659678
that film was fucking terrible but it wasn't boring
weird thing about it is while i hated the film for having a shit, vacuous plot which really didn't go anywhere, i can say i really enjoyed the acting and some scenes were really good
it did permanently add a ton of salt to my opinion of rottentomatoes, i'll give it that
No Country for Old Men

I never fall asleep to movies really. 2001 has been the only exception and that's because it was 2am and I legitimately thought I was watching the wrong movie because there was twenty minutes of monkeys screeching.

last act of 2001 is just the worst offender
