>killing them softly
>is brandishing a shotgun
>>62633988
it refers to killing his hits from a distance, but yea. Shotgun is an odd choice for that.
guess i'll just go fuck myself then

it's good, not great. james gandolfini's segments destroy the pacing. the political stuff is really heavy handed, intentionally of course, but that doesn't make it any less corny. was still pretty enjoyable though.

i can agree with the pacing issues. i have it somewhere in between good and great. the Ray Liotta hit scene was pretty GOAT though.

spectacular
One of those films I went to the cinemas with high expectations and it ended up being utter shit.
the whole film is made just to have that monologue at the end.

meh
>>62633978
Plebs hate it, I guess it wasn't Scorsese enough for them.
>>62633978
Decent, Gandolfini's character was completely pointless

I'm glad they chose one of the default fonts from microsoft word 2007 for the poster. Looks good, guys. Looks real good.

I avoided this for awhile on Netflix and was pleasantly surprised when I watched. Definitely good bordering on great. Hang in there for the back end.

>"killing them softly"
>Poster has Brad Pitt holding a shotgun
...For fucks sake really?
>>62635979
He explaining that by "softly" he means them not seeing it coming and experiencing no trauma. A stealthy shotgun blast to the back of the head is pretty quick and painless.

ok, main character was shit
