I think it would be pretty easy, you could start by calling him names. His face would immediately flush and he'd try to ignore you, but you would block his path and he'd just look down and not say anything, hoping that you'd move. Then you could shove him and he would stumble backwards awkwardly, almost tripping his own feet. Once you got physical with him he'd start shaking violently. It would be the most extreme on his hands, which were vibrating so vigorously they would almost be a blur. Then you could start by punching him in the stomach with all of your might.
