Cersei blows up the Sept of Baelor, a monument of the Seven and nobody cares even though it was previously established that outright killing the High Sparrow would spark major civil unrest since many people in Kings Landing are followers of the Faith. From the scene where the fire pours into the Sept and melts everyone inside, it would appear that the fire bursts out of the floor of the sept, so there could have been both explosive force (from the release of pressure from beneath the caverns), and the fiery effects of the "wildfire" itself.

I think Tommen's reign would have gone very well if Tywin was still alive. Well, if history tough us anything, whenever someone else sits on Iron Throne, he/she sits because they were willing to do most horrible thing possible(usually involving killing a lot of people), but in the process they made too much enemies to be able to keep the bloody thing.
