Hozu river, Kyoto
Northern lights and a crazy bright moon, Just outside Reykjavik, Iceland
Technically work, not travel. Didn't particularly love this place either but hey-ho. Uruzgan Province, Afghanistan.

OK, I'll try -- though regulars here will have seen some of these before.
Slieve League cliffs in County Donegal, Ireland. I think more impressive than Moher, and a lot less crowded.

Nairobi Wildlife Park, total lack of giraffes, move along.
The park is bizarre -- surrounded on 3 1/2 sides by urban.suburban Nairobi, and the airport, nonetheless pretty good display of wildlife, including rhinos, lions and the like.
Longyearbyen, Svalbard, Norway

Ice cave under the glacier not far from Vik, Iceland. Seeing the Northern lights was a bucket-list thing for me, but somebody else already posted that, so here's this.

Wow. Something about that is just impressive to me.

Galapagos Islands, a very dignified Iguana.

Bull bison wintering it up in Yellowstone this January -- he's been "snowplowing" with his fave to get down to some plants to eat.

Afghanibro, maybe you'll like this pic of a bombed-out bunker near some old tank emplacements I stumbled across in Kuwait.
South of the city, facing mostly south and out to sea, I was told they were built by Iraqis in anticipation of the counter-invasion.

A cat on the Philosopher's Path in Kyoto, which is one of the most worthwhile temple tracks I came across, there were even a couple of sort of weird ones.
>>955153
Pictured is a tree from one of the weird ones. The place had a small photography gallery inside that was not lit except for a few candles in the middle of the room. They gave you a LED torch so yo could see the photographs. There was a general strange air of death about that place.
All my photos on here are from an old iphone, so I apologise for that and my awful photography skills

View of Mt Fuji from Mt Takao. Me and a mate made the hike and planned to take the cable car down, but we missed and had to come down in the dark.

I tried to climb this once but the weather turned to custard and I got more lost than I've ever been in my life. Nice to see what the view is like on a good day.
Near Cala Gonone, Sardinia
I know, I post this one too much
Morocco, as seen from Spain
A village in a terraced valley in Morocco. Took this one yesterday.
tilt shift I did of some houses in the German country side. Took a lot of trains and saw a lot of towns I wished I stopped in.

Even tho they are real portuguese colonial buildings, there's something on this picture that makes me think it's fake, just like those dutch windmills they have in China
Hohtürli Pass, Switzerland
