english -- used to have a real knack for languages, but now deaf in my right ear with learning difficulties
im not broke, but have lived in DC boston and miami and would rather not pay those prices again
i hold EU and US citizenship, so that helps. the quality of life ratings make ireland look good, per my rubric, tho i would prefer rotterdam or antwerp learning dutch were a realistic goal
