Since you never went anywhere in your life I suggest you start small within your own state, then the surrounding states, surrounding countries and then worldwide.

when people say they never left the state, usually means they never left their village. Go explore your state or even yet your surrounding state(s). Then if you even remotely enjoyed that, cause some people don't, then you can expand.
Guessing you are an American, I would recommend maybe the UK or Ireland? Different to the US but it still has everything you need and you don't have to worry about not being understood
