I like girls but they don't like me. I never traveled before so idk. I want to go to SEA and see Japan and also wanted to go to Spain because the girls are pretty plus I like spanish colorfulness and how everything looks. I just want to see cool and pretty things. I plan on staying at hostels even though I don't know what I'm doing and mostly backpacking through the countries. I like old things like buildings and ruins.
Things I don't like. I don't like people. I don't like deserts. I don't like anything with water or swimming. Don't care about food culture. Don't care about partying or drinking.

How long do you want this trip to be? I suggest looking for a cheap flight into Bangkok and making it your hub for a while. Travel to the countries around it. SEA is cheap, $12k is good enough for a year there. Japan however is much more expensive, $12k is good for maybe 4-6 months at most.
Basically this is what you should do if I take all your suggestions regarding no water (at all?) or food culture. Bangkok > Chang Mai > Luang Prabang > Vientiane > Angkor Wat > Phnom Penh > Saigon > Da Lat > Hue > Hanoi (see Sapa and Ha Long Bay when you're there) > fly to Taiwan for a week > Japan, Tokyo > Osaka > Nara > Kyoto > Hiroshima.
Consider going to Latin America instead of Spain if you want to save some money. Mexico has beautiful colonial cities, many countries do. In some cities you wouldn't be able to tell between Spain and the new world.

Dude, if your being serious and your not trolling, i'd seriously not go.
You will just spend 12k on something that you dont like, if you uninterested in people, food, culture and having fun, your better off simply staying at home and purchasing some books about the things you want to see and reading them at home, you will save 11k even if you end up buying multiple books. There is so much more to traveling than simply looking at things, sights are just one part of a combination of many, you can see sights on the internet, google earth or in books, but you cant experience them, experiencing them is more than just looking at them.
Hostels is basically 50/50 accommodation and social, if you dont want to socialise with anyone stay in a hotel and it will save you a lot of hassle.
Traveling by yourself can be hard, and its extremely difficult when its your first time overseas, theres lots that can go wrong and its often helpful to have some experience in such situations or someone else to get through it with.
With the girls, not sure if your talking about prostitution, you would be better off just going to a closer destination and spending the money there, if you think you can pick up chicks overseas think again, as we always say, if you cant pick up chicks in your own country, you wont be able to do it overseas unless you intend to pay them.
All in all, reconsider your travel and potentially save 12k because i really dont think you would enjoy it much, if your not trolling and still interested, here's a sample itinerary i made for myself to go to SEA, it focuses on Laos and Cambodia because ive already done Thailand and Vietnam before, but you could easily add in those countries if you wanted and had more time. I make big complex itinerary on google earth for my friends, its not hard to learn how to use it and its good for planing stuff like this.
