The pen, hands down. With this you can essentially have any power, any thing you'd want through blackmail or negotiation. You would essentially have access to whatever knowledge you wanted and could overthrow the NWO or rule as you wish. Knowledge is power. You could use it to destroy the GOP and MAGA if you wanted.
